Beginning on August 1st, 2023, we’re introducing new changes to our commission fees and our withdrawal fees. Please see info for each new policy below.
New Flat Rate Commission Fees
For all footwear sold at or below a $125 listing price, a new flat rate commission fee (the amount Stadium Goods collects from your sale) of $25 will apply. For all other categories, a flat commission rate of $15 will apply for any items sold at or below a $75 listing price. This will apply to newly received products only beginning August 1st, and all existing inventory beginning November 1st.
These new flat fees replace your standard commission rate, they are not in addition to your current rate. For items that sell for over $125, your standard commission rate will stay the same.
New Withdrawal Fee & Bulk Withdrawal Discount
To offset the rising costs of shipping, withdrawal fees will be increasing to $15 per item, effective August 1.
However, we’ve added a temporary discounted Bulk Withdrawal option for $6 per unit with a 15 unit minimum for inventory that is over 180 days old or listed at or below $125 in price. You can take advantage of the temporary Bulk Withdrawal option starting today until September 1st. Please email [email protected] to initiate your request.
Returns Processed Back to Consignor Accounts
We will now be processing returns back to consignor accounts. Any items that are returned by the customer and processed within a 30-day window from ship date of sale will be transferred back into your consignor account and funds will be deducted from your next payout effective August 1st.
