We’re excited to announce some exciting updates to the StadiumSupply Pro Seller program, designed to reward our most engaged consignors with more benefits, including discounted commissions (now as low as 6%!), intake assistance, and increased product category opportunities.
StadiumSupply Pro Seller
Effective July 1st, 2025, the Pro Seller commission structure will be updated. Previously, Pro Seller level qualification was based on a combination of sales volume and average selling price (ASP). To better align with current market trends and to simplify the program, Pro Seller level qualification will be based on volume only and each level will have a range of commission rates based on price point.
This change will streamline the program and make it easier to understand how to achieve higher Pro Seller levels. Each progressive level will include better commission rates, but these rates will vary based on the price point of the item sold, with higher-priced items incurring a lower commission. We now offer base commission rates as low as 12% for Level 1 Pro Sellers and as low as 6% for seasonal promotion-eligible styles. The new commission rates will not take effect until July but you can start earning your way to lower fees today!

How to Qualify for StadiumSupply Pro Seller
The updated program rates will take effect on July 1st, 2025. Each quarter, your performance (sales volume) will determine if you qualify for a Pro Seller level. As an example, the benefits earned for the quarter July 1 – Sept 30 will be based on performance in the quarter prior April 1 – June 30.
Storage Fees for Aged Inventory
In order to encourage competitive pricing throughout a product’s lifecycle for all consignors and reduce the amount of unproductive inventory consigned with Stadium Goods, our policy for Aged Inventory older than 180 days will remain. The following Storage Fees for Aged Inventory will be in effect:
- $1 per unit for Standard consignors
- $0.50 per unit for Pro Seller consignors (levels 1, 2, 3)
The fee is charged on every aged unit older than 180 days on the first day of each subsequent month until the product is either sold or withdrawn. Please note that high-value SKUs designated as “Trophy Case” will continue to be exempt from storage fees.
